Eating is recommended, unfortunately there is an over 30 year old cooling unit in the basement. In the room it sounds like a helicopter wants to land on the roof. So that sleep is only possible when you are very tired. Room decor old, just like the bathroom. Shower head was changed but is not suitable. It would have to be made what times. Breakfast was prepared loving going on. There's waiter coffee from the pump jug, ugh. Card payment not possible, a no go 👎☹️ in the twenty-first century. Staff is very nice but doesn't really help. I will not visit the inn again.

I was persuaded and was again a guest at Gasthof Köck and, in contrast to the last visit, I was positively surprised. The starter soup was delicious and the cordon bleu was also perfect. The breading was crispy and the meat was still juicy. It was also filled with plenty of cheese and ham. In addition, the waitresses were very friendly and quick. The previous visit was unfortunately not really good. On the one hand, the roasted onion was only served when everyone else was halfway done. On the other hand, the quality left a lot to be desired that day. He actually looked very good and I couldn't really fault the appearance. However, when cutting and especially when eating, I felt as if I had, I apologize for the choice of words "shoe leather" in my mouth. At least the salad and the potato gratin tasted good. In short, the meat was seared. In summary, I now give 3 stars because one visit there was really great and another was a total failure. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Let's see if it's enough for the 4th or even 5th star.

We drove past the Gasthof Köck and spontaneously decided to have lunch here. We came to a cozy restaurant with a nice warm fireplace. We were served very nicely and politely. The food was very, very tasty and the price / performance ratio was great. We would stop here again on the next trip.
